This study aims to deremine the financial performance of The Employee Cooperation of Patra PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU III . The data which is used in this study is secondary data during 2013 to 2017. The analysis technique used is the technique of ratio analysis, and trend analysis. The results show the financial performance of The Employee Cooperation of Patra PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU III is concluded in good condition: This can be seen from the results of the analysis of liqudity ratios, solvency and profitability fluctuate and tend to get better. Based on the results of the research it is hoped that Employee Cooperation of Patra in PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU l1I can retain and improves the finance performance, especially in the capital , efficiency, profitability, and the participation of members. Future studies are expected to be able to measure the financial performance of cooperatives for more better.
