PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TIME TOKEN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS X IIS DI SMA NEGERI 1 INDRALAYA SELATAN

- This study was aimed to prove the influence of time-token learning model towards students' learning outcomes in the economic subject at X IIS in SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan. This research was an experimental type using the design of True Experimental Design in the form of Posttest-Only Control Design. The population in the study was all of X IIS of SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The sampling technique was Cluster Random Sampling, it was chosen randomly so that the selected classes were X IIS 1 as the experimental class, with the total number of 29 students and class X IIS 2 as the control class, also with the total number of 29 students. Data collection techniques used were test and observation. Data analysis technique from students' learning outcomes were obtained from the result of post-test which was grouped in the category of Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) and analysis of observation data obtained from observers' observation during the learning process. The hypothesis used parametric statistics, it was Pearson product-moment correlation obtained 0.91 which was a very strong value of the influence of variable X towards variable Y using the determinant coefficient formula of 83.72% and the acquisition of t-test using polled variance and obtained t-count was 22.22 > 2.003 means Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Then, it could be concluded that there was the influence of the time-token learning model on student learning outcomes in the economic subject at X IIS of SMA Negeri 1Indralaya. The writer recommended the schools to apply the time-token learning model as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes on economic subjects and when implementing this learning model the teacher could advise and guide the students in conducting the learning process so that students are more active based on the previous time set.
