- This research is based on the assessment of the Ministry of Public Works and People's Housing that the self-help house development program in Metro City is the best and fastest National scale and first implemented in Metro South District. A total of 13 Family Cards from 20 Fami~v Cards that do not have administrative items such as Family Card and Identity Card and receipt of building materials that are inconsistent with the Budget Plan. The Self-Housing Stimulus Assistance is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and People's Housing No. 391 PRT IM 12015 which was previously regulated by the Regulation of the Minister of Public-Housing No. 06 Year 2013. The purpose of this research is to know the management of the Self-Helping Housing Stimulant in Rejomulyo Village Kecamatan Metro Seiaian Year 2016. This thesis uses qualitative descriptive method. Tlte unit of ana(vsis is the Department of Public Works Metro City and Rejomulyo Village, Metro South District. Data obtained from the primary daitl is through interviews to key informant and secondary dattl through documents relt1ting to the management of the Self-Helping Housing Stimulation Assistance. This thesis uses the management theory according to George R. Terry. Based 011 the results of analysis and research in cite f ield i1 can be conciu<ie<i citat the management of the Self-Helping Stimulant Housing in Rejomulvo Villa!!e has been running well but there are still obstacles that affect the implementation of management. This is evidenced by the findings in the field t!:at at the stage of submission of proposals there are people who do not have a land title ami at the disbursement stage there are people who receive bttildillg materials not in accordallce with the Budget Plan. The recommendation of this research is that the keluralia11 ltelp to make the completeness of the requirement that must be fulfilled and the building materials that will be given to the l!enefic:iflries of the Self Housing Stimulant Support should he checked first.
