Nature of problem
Program IMBUI was written to assist in the design and the data analysis of high resolution neutron time-of-flight experiments using a subnanosecond, pulsed Van-de-Graaff accelerator. Several factors govern the resolution in these experiments; there are timing uncertainties, variations in neutron velocities, and uncertainties in flight path lengths.
