  • This experiment aimed at investigating the interactive effects of warmer temperatures and fine sediment exposure on early life traits in wild populations of arctic charr (Salvelinus alpinus). This dataset contains a single .txt file. Each row is an individual used in a common garden experiment, for which are indicated: - temperature treatment; - sediment treatment; - population of origin; - family identity; - plate number; - egg size as measured at the beginning of the experiment; - survival at hatching (1: alive, 0: dead); - incubation duration in days and ADD; - length measured at hatching; - yolk sac volume measured at hatching (with 'L' and 'H' columns the two metrics used for yolk volume calculation, see Material & Methods section).
