BLR1 &#x2013; titanite U&#x2013;Pb standard with an age of ca. 1047 (Aleinikoff et al., 2002); FCT &#x2013; Fish Canyon Tuff titanite with an age of 28.4 &#xB1; 0.1 Ma (Schmitz and Bowring, 2001); tnts &#x2013; unknown titanites; (*) &#x2013; laser pulse energy of 5 J/cm-2, measured with a Coherent energy/power meter.
