  • This routine, realized for the MATLAB platform, calculates input data regarding electron elasti scattering for the the simulation of Reflection Electron Energy Loss spectrum. The code computes the electron elastic mean free path, differential elastic scattering cross section and cumulative elastic probability distribution for a defined target material and a fixed kinetic energy of the electron beam.
