A separate zip file was created for each figure. The figure panel and a brief description have been labeled for each blots. For immunoblotting, proteins were resolved in 8-10% SDS-polyacrylamide gel by electrophoresis and then transferred to a polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane. The membranes were blocked with 5% non-fat milk in Tris-buffered saline with 0.1% Tween-20 for 1 hour, incubated with primary antibodies at 4&#x2103; overnight and then probed with horseradish peroxidase-conjugated anti-mouse or anti-rabbit secondary antibodies. The signals are visualised using chemiluminescence imaging system (Amersham Imager 600, GE Healthcare Life Sciences). </description><subject>Molecular Biology</subject><subject>Cell Biology</subject><subject>Cell Adhesion Molecules</subject><subject>Mammalian Target of Rapamycin</subject><subject>Receptor Tyrosine Kinase</subject><subject>Growth Factor</subject><subject>Cell Proliferation</subject><subject>Endothelial Cell</subject><subject>Degradation</subject><contributor>Xu, Wenyi</contributor><contributor>Hua, Huijuan </contributor><contributor>Chiu, Yueh-Ho</contributor><contributor>Li, Guannan</contributor><contributor>Zhi, Huihan</contributor><contributor>Yu, Zhengquan</contributor><contributor>Ren, Fazheng</contributor><contributor>Cui, Wei</contributor><type>Other:Dataset</type><identifier>10.17632/rzc6mt4zww.2</identifier><rights>Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International</rights><rights>http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0</rights><relation>https:/data.mendeley.com/datasets/rzc6mt4zww</relation><date>2019-09-27T08:36:22Z</date><recordID>0.17632-rzc6mt4zww.2</recordID></dc>
