The set up of our experiment is that we have a single transmitter multicasting packets to multiple receivers over a single-hop. By first collecting packet reception status (NACK/ ACK) of the transmitted packets from all receivers, we then apply machine learning algorithms to estimate which packet has not been received by a receiver. This serves towards minimizing the transmission of NACK/ ACK, and hence improves the reliability and throughput of the wireless network.
