- Participants underwent counterbalanced blocks of experimentally-induced worry and a neutral comparison condition. Participants completed 108 trials of the Sustained Attention to Response Task (SART) immediately following each induction (5 blocks each; 10 SART blocks total). Participants also completed self-report measures, including the Penn State Worry Questionnaire (PSWQ), Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), and Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scales - 21 item version (DASS-21).
