  • DataTrain: contains a set of 300 training samples, as described below. DataVal: contains a set of 50 validation samples, as described below. INPUT Parameters that describe the geometry of a deflector, as it is depicted in the file "Parametrization.pdf". Distances are in centimeters and angles in sexagesimal degrees. The values for the variables were obtained by the Latin Hypercube Sampling technique. OUTPUT Cp: Power Coefficient obtained by CFD simulations using the opensource software Code_Saturne. Cp=P/(rho*R*h*U^3), where P is the power generated by the turbine, rho is the air density,R and h are the radius and height of the turbine respectively and U is the velocity ofthe incoming wind.
