- This data set is used to compute the technical efficiency and a reference set of public higher education (P-HEI) institutes using Data Envelopment Analysis. We compute the efficiency in teaching, research, and knowledge dissemination for 40 P-HEI from Mexico using a data set called ExeCUM.
