- The dataset includes all statistical analysis files for the paper "Lucyoside B, a triterpenoid saponin from Luffa cylindrica, inhibits the production of inflammatory mediators via both nuclear factor-κB and activator protein-1 pathways in activated macrophages". A Student’s t-test was used when only two groups were compared. When there were more than two groups, the intergroup significance was analyzed using one-way ANOVA with Tukey post hoc analysis.
