- This research consisted of two variables, namely the personality type of extrovert (independent variable or X variables) and students learning activities (dependent variable/ bound or Y variables). The purpose of this research is to know whether there is significant effect between personality type of extrovert toward learning activities of Social Science Students at State Senior High School 2 Tambang. Subjects in this research were of class XI IPS at State Senior High School 2 Tambang, while the object was effect of extrovert personality toward student learning activities. Population in this research were all students of class XI Collecting data retrieved through questionnaires and documentation. Data collected were analyzed using simple linear regression technique with the least squares method and the product moment, and the author using help of computer device through SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Version 16.0 for windows. Based data analysis, it can be concluded that there was significant effect between extrovert personality toward student learning activities of Social Sciences majors at state Senior High School 2 Tambang, Where ro (observation) = 0,608, greater than rt(table) at the significant level 5% and 1%ie0,273 <0,608> 0,354, this means that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted,While, the contribution of effects of personality type of extrovert toward student learning activities was 0.370 X 100% = 37% and the rest was affected by other variables.
