- This study is kind of a qualitative research. Subjects were eleventh grade students of Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Bangkinang Seberang, while objects were economics teachers withteacher training and educational background in Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Bangkinang. The population of the study were 70 students, author did not collecting a sample because there were not much populations, that this study was called as a population study. The data collection were secured by questionnaires and documentation. The resultsof data collection will be processed and percentage by using the formula P= F/N x 100 % and SPSS (Statistcal Package For the Social Science)version 17.0. Based on data analisys, the percentage of the result was (2952 : 4480) x 100% = 66,87%.By these categories established can be concluded that students’ perceptions of economics teachers with teacher training and educational background in managing was quite good.
