  • The research was conducted from April to June 2014 in the experimental field Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Science State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. This study aims to look at the influence of dosage and watering interval of cow urine on the growth and yield of cucumber as well as the interaction between the watering intervals and dosage of cattle urine on the growth and yield of cucumber. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD) factorial consisting of two factors and three replications. The first factor is the dosage of cattle urine which consists of 5 levels, these are 0 ml / liter of water, 25 ml / liter of water, 50 ml / liter of water, 100 ml / liter of water and the second factor is twowatering interval is 7 days and 14 days. Variables include the study of plant height, leaf number, days to flowering, number of branches, number of fruits / plant, weight of fruit / fruit, fruit length / diameter plants and cucumber fruit. These results indicate that cattle urine significantly increased plant height, leaf number, days to flowering, number of branches, fruit weight, fruit length and diameter of fruit in cucumbers and no real influence on the amount of fruit, while applied intervals significantly increased plant height and diameter of fruit and no influence on other variables, and there are no real interaction at all observed variables.
