Ammoniation can improve the crude protein of sago waste.&#xD; The research was conducted during October-December 2013 in the Laboratory&#xD; Nutrition Science and Chemistry Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Science of the&#xD; State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau Pekanbaru. This research used&#xD; differnet levels of urea and times ammoniation. Urea levels were used at 0, 5, and 10&#xD; %, times ammoniation used were 0, 10, and 20 days, each treatment was repeated 2&#xD; times. Research using completely random design with a factorial combination of 3 x&#xD; 3 x 2. Data were analyzed with analysis of variance and if its having an effect will be&#xD; tested by Duncan 's Multiple Range Test. The research result shows the levels of dry&#xD; matter (DM) 83.61%-87.49%, crude protein (CP) 0.7%-10.90%, crude fiber (CF)&#xD; 7.88%-13%, extract eter (EE) 0.5%-1%, Ash 3.64%-4.33%, nitrogen free extact&#xD; (NFE) 75.10%-85.26%.
