2013 with height place 130 m from sea surface and kind of soil was red yellow
podzolic. The objective of the research was to know influencing of age of seeds
and urea fertilizer dosage of paddy in red yellow podzolic. The experimental
design was Randomized Complete Block Design with 3 replications. Treatment
was used consist of variation of age of seeds and urea fertilizer dosage. Data was
tested with F test If analysis of data was significant then continued with Duncan’s
New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) of 5% level. Parameters observated was
plant height, number of shoots, stalk length, weight of 1000 full grain, number of
full grain/stalk, number of grain/stalk, number of empty grain and production of
grain/plot. The age of seeds used was 7 days after seedling, 14 days after seedling,
21 days after seedling and 28 days after seedling. Variety used was Ciherang.
Application of urea fertilizer were 100 kg/ha, 150 kg/ha and 200 kg/ha. The result
of urea fertilizer dosage 200 kg/ha was the best result of paddy. Based on the
