  • The research was done as action class research. Based on the result of observation in class V students of state elementary school 010 Sari Galuh Tapung district of Kampar was meet some suspects and phenomenons in learning and teaching process, especially in Islamic education subject. It shown by students' activity is still less in learning. e.g. A). From 38 students, number 19 students 50% were not response in their class. It was 19 students active in the class and wants to response or give question and answer among them and teacher in the class. B). Students want to know about lesson is still less. Only several students want to give question and answer the question to the teacher. C). students felt bored with the lesson in their class and more like playing game among students. To increase students' learning motivation in Islamic Education subject, writer applied Scramble Learning Strategy of class V students of state elementary school 010 Sari Galuh Tapung District of Kampar. This research was done in twice cycles. The presentation of data is Mengenal Kitab-Kitab Allah in pre class action and after class action in two cycles. In first and second cycles was done twice meeting in every cycle. In order to resulted class action research well, writer arrange some steps. They are; 1. Planning. 2. Doing action. 3. Observation and Reflection. Based on the research known students' learning motivation before class action still low caused only got score 45.2% with categorize less because still average 25-48%. First cycle up to 59.9%o with categorize enough because raise on average 49-71%. And the second cycle students' achievement was up significantly to 78.3% with categorizes high and get minimum standard of the score because of more than score average 72-91 %. From the result, the hypothesis of this research can be accepted. Because students' learning motivation in Islamic Education subject of class V students of state elementary school 010 Sari Galuh Tapung District of Kampar can be increase by using Scramble Learning Strategy.
