- The purposes of this research are to find out the influences of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) toward the stock prices of Plantations Sector Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2010-2016, both partially and simultaneously. Populations and samples on this research is plantations sector company which been registered at IDX since period 2010-2016. Data analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, model test and hypothesis test. The result of the test show that Current Ratio (CR)has influence on the stock prices, while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) has no influence on the stock prices of plantation sector company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan Sektor Perkebunan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2010-2016, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor perkebunan di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang terdaftar tahun 2010-2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji model dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan Current Ratio (CR) memilliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor perkebunan.
