- This purpose of this research is to identify and predict the bankrupt in cigarettes companies that are registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Companies cigarettes related industry are hoped to come up with appropriate policies after knowing companies' financial status. This type of research is case study. The study used secondary data from financial statements. The population of this research are 4 cigarette companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2007 to 2015. The research data were collected from annual reports within a period 2007 to 2015 of the Capital Market Reference Centre of Indonesian Stock Exchange. Based on purposive sampling method, there are 3 samples The research shows that zmijeweski method, which is applied by RMBA companies in 2012-2015, is able to bring RMBA companies to distress zone. However, the results of applying altman z-score method and springate method are no companies that have reached to distress zone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Perusahaan juga diharapakan dapat membuat kebijakan yang tepat setelah mengetahui kondisi keuangannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 4 perusahaan rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2007-2015. Data penelitian diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan ICMD periode 2007-2015. Berdasarkan metode Purposive Sampling, sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 3 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hanya pada tahun 2012-2015 perusahaan RMBA mengalami keadaan distress zone dengan menggunakan metode zmijewki. Sedangkan hasil dari metode altman z-score dan springate tidak ada perusahaan yang berada pada posisi distress zone.
