- The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover to the profitability on property and real estate companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is 53 companies and 37 samples. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. Partially, receivable turnover has a positive influence to the profitability, inventory turnover has a negative influence to the profitability and cash turnover does not have influence to the profitability. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan secara parsial terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu sebanyak 53 perusahaan dan sampel berjumlah 37 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Secara parsial, perputaran piutang berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, perputaran persediaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan perputaran kas tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas dalam penelitian ini.
