- Spirituality was a mandatory aspect for nurses to met a comprehensive need for patients. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of the application of nurse spirituality aspect and spiritual fulfillment requirement in Patient. This research method was analytic with cross sectional approach. Total population was 106, the sample of this study was 84 respondents. The sampling using probability sampling. The statistical test used by spearman rank with significance value α 0,05. The result of statistical test showed that the value of p Value (0,000) < α (0,05) meant that there was relation between applying spiritual aspect of nurse with the fulfillment of spiritual requirement of patient in IRNA B Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan Hospital. The number of nurses who did not do this spiritual aspect greatly affects the spiritual needs of the patient. The results of this study was expected to provide nursing intervention in the form of spiritual aspect so that the nurses realize the importance of applying spiritual aspect.
