- This research was a study about women labor in Tempurejo tobacco warehouse at Sus District of Pakusari District of Jember whichweare aimed to know: (1) job motivation level of women labor; (2) job statisfiction level of women labor; 3) effect of motivation dan job statisfiction on women labor performnace. This was a descriptive research with survey methode and was done in April 2010. Analysis which were used were : (1) cross tabulation to describe respondence profile ; (2) scoring to messure level of motivation, job statisfiction and performance of women labor; and (3) multiple linear regression to knpw the effect of motivation and job statisfiction on women labor performance. The result were: (1). Intern motivation level of 96.67% women labor was high beside extern motivation level of 60.00% buruh wanita were also high and even 40,00% of women labor had very high extern motivation level ; (2) job stattisfiction level of 93.33% women labor were high ; (3)simultanelly motivation and job statisfiction influenced significantly on women labor performance at 99 % level, and partially extern motivation and job statisfiction influenced significantly on women labor performance at 95 % level.. Key words: extern motivation, intern motivation, job statisfidtion and perfotmance
