- اجريت الدراسة على 60 شخصاً من المرضى المصابون بسرطان الرئة غير صغير الخلايا. في مركز الفرات الاوسط للاورام ومختبرالانسجة المرضية في مدينة الصدر الطبية للمدة 12-2015 12- ولغاية 12-7-2016 . اوضحت نتائج الدراسة النسجية من خلال الفحص المجهري للشرائح النسجية المصبغة بالهيماتوكسلين– ايوسين ان سرطان الرئة الغدي ADC) Adenocarcinoma( منشأه سنخي قصيبي Branchio alveolar carcinoma ويحتوي على اعداد كبيره من الخلايا العمودية Columnar cells التي تتكاثر على طول الحواجز Septae التي تمتد بين اكياس الاسناخ. الخلايا الورمية Tumor cell كبيرة الحجم متعددة الاشكال مع نوى واضحة وبارزه, وتشكل الخلايا تراكيب حليمية واحياناً يوجد ضمن هذه التراكيب بؤر تنخر Necrosis foci في حين كانت التغيرات في النوع الحرشفي SCC)) Squamous cell carcinoma عبارة عن كتل كبيرة مصمتة من الخلايا متعددة الطبقات منها المسطحة و تحتوي على بؤر للتنخر الخلوي Necrosisو تليف Fibrosis اما التغرات التي تحصل في النوع كبير الخلايا Large cell carcinoma(LCC) فانها تظهر بشكل خلايا كبيرة مدورة متحولة ذو نواة كبيرة وسايتوبلازم رغوي .
- The study was carried out on 60 persons, patients with non small cell lung cancer was conducted in the Central Euphrates Center for Tumors and the Histopathology Lab in Al- Sadr Medical City from 12-12-2015 to 12 - 7-2016. The results of the histological study showed that the adenocarcinoma contains large numbers of columnar cells that multiply along the septae, which extend between the alveolar sac. Tumor cells are large, polymorphism with clear and prominent nuclei. Cells form structure papillae. Sometimes, these structures contain necrosis foci, whereas squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is a large bulk of multilayered, The cyst of tumor may contain or necrosis and fibrosis , while large cell carcinoma cells (LCC) appear large rounded cells with a large nucleus and foamy cytoplasm
