- في هذا البحث صممت ودرست الخواص البصرية الشيئية للعدسات الالكترونية الكهرومغناطيسية من نوع ثنائية القطب متناظر وذلك باستخدام برنامج (EOD)، اذ درس تأثير قطر الفتحة المحورية لهذه العدسات على البعد البؤري الشيئي ومعاملات الزيوغ (الكروي واللوني). لقد وجد أن الخواص البصرية الشيئية تتحسن بشكل ملموس كلما قلت قيم قطر الفتحة المحورية لهذه العدسات.
- In this research, was designed and studied the objective focal properties to the magnetic electron lenses from type a symmetrical double Polepiece by using a program (EOD software) and studied the effect of axial bore diameter for it on the focal length and aberration coefficients (spherical and chromatic), It has been observed that the objective focal properties to improve and significantly as lower axial bore diameter.
