- The achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) is a central focus in the global development agenda, with the aim of realizing a more just, sustainable, and inclusive world. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Bojonegoro Regency are also implemented in Klampok Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency. In this case, the Bojonegoro Regency Government has made many changes, especially in terms of Human Resources (HR) development. Researchers took the example of sustainable development, namely in Klampok Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency, based on information through interviews, researchers saw Klampok Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency in improving the economy of residents, the Klampok Village Government, Cotton District, Bojonegoro Regency has developed oyster mushroom cultivation. The research method used by the researcher is using a descriptive qualitative approach, by making observations and also interviews at the research location, researchers conducted interviews with mushroom entrepreneurs in Klampok Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency. The source of data used in this study is sourced from Primary Data by conducting interviews related to (SDGs). One of the SDGs programs is the KPHN program in Klampok Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency, which can be said to be very good and benefits mushroom farmers. This program is considered very successful in improving the economy of the village community. The mushroom business carried out by the community in Klampok Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency resulted in an increase in business productivity, with yields of 15 kilograms per day and the price per kilogram increased. The implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Klampok Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency aims at the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Program with its application focused on the Village Without Hunger and Decent Work programs and economic growth, the community through the program is implemented in mushroom cultivation managed by farmers and supported by the Village Government through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMdes) with the aim of improving welfare community through KPHN program sourced from Village Fund.Pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) menjadi fokus utama dalam agenda pembangunan global, dengan tujuan mewujudkan dunia yang lebih adil, berkelanjutan, dan inklusif. Pembangunan berkelanjutan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di Kabupaten Bojonegoro juga di implementasikan di Desa Klampok Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Dalam hal ini Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro telah melakukan banyak sekali perubahan terutama dalam segi pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Peneliti mengambil contoh pembanguna berkelanjutan yaitu pada Desa Klampok Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro, berdasarkan informasi melalui wawancara peneliti melihat Desa Klampok Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam meningkatkan ekonomi warga, Pemerintah Desa Klampok Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro telah mengembangkan budi daya jamur tiram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan melakukan observasi dan juga wawancara pada lokasi penelitian, peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan pihak pengusaha jamur di Desa Klampok Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bersumber dari Data Primer dengan melakukan wawancara yang berkaitan dengan (SDGs). Program SDGs salah satunya yaitu adalah program KPHN di Desa Klampok Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro dapat dikatakan sangat baik dan menguntungkan para petani jamur. Program ini dinilai sangat berhasil dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa. Usaha jamur yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Desa Klampok Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro hasilnya adalah peningkatan produktivitas bisnis, dengan hasil panen 15 kilogram per hari dan harga per kilogramnya meningkat. Penerapan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di Desa Klampok Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro bertujuan untuk Program Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dengan dalam penerapannya terfokus pada program Desa Tanpa kelaparan dan Pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, masyarakat melalui program tersebut di implementasikan pada budidaya jamur yang dikelola oleh petani dan di dukung oleh Pemerintah Desa melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMdes) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui program KPHN yang bersumber dari Dana Desa.
