  • Abstract: Science is a process of discovering what is taught with the concept of integration. Integration in science includes biology, physics, chemistry and space. Science can also be combined with religious knowledge. The dimensions of the Pancasila student profile teach religious character. Religious character in students is developed through the integration of science with religious content. This study aims to determine strategies for integrating religious content in science learning in Islamic-based schools. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review by analyzing 20 articles in the form of accredited journals and seminar proceedings from Google Scholar with a period of 2019-2023. The research results show that the trend of integrating religious content in science learning has been ongoing but has decreased due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The strategy for integrating religious content in science learning is carried out through media and learning models. Integration of religious content through print and non-print media using modules, teaching materials, LKPD, book posters, Learning Management System, E-Book Mobile Learning, powtoon, E-module, and augmented reality engineering applications. The learning models used to integrate religious content include guided inquiry, Islamic integrated learning, problem based learning, and 5E learning cycle.Abstrak: IPA merupakan sebuah proses untuk menemukan yang diajarkan dengan konsep keterpaduan. Keterpaduan dalam IPA meliputi biologi, fisika, kimia, dan bumi antariksa. IPA juga dapat dipadukan dengan ilmu agama. Dimensi profil pelajar pancasila mengajarkan karakter religius. Karakter religius pada siswa ditumbuhkan melalui integrasi sains dengan konten agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi integrasi konten agama dalam pembelajaran IPA di sekolah berbasis Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review dengan menganalisis 20 artikel berupa jurnal terakreditasi maupun prosiding seminar dari google scholar dengan rentang waktu 2019-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tren integrasi konten agama dalam pembelajaran IPA sudah berlangsung namun mengalami penurunan akibat adanya pandemic covid-19. Strategi integrasi konten agama dalam pembelajaran IPA dilakukan melalui media dan model pembelajaran. Integrasi konten agama melalui media cetak maupun non cetak menggunakan modul, bahan ajar, LKPD, poster buku, Learning Management System, E-Book Mobile Learning, powtoon, E-modul, dan aplikasi rekayasa augmented reality. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan untuk integrasi konten agama meliputi inkuiri terbimbing, pembelajaran terintegrasi islam, problem based learning, dan learning cycle 5E.
