  • This research was aimed to find out about the influence of compensation, career development, and the relation of industrial pancasila to wards locality of the workers to PT. Wirakencana Sugihindah Sehati Pekanbaru. The test used double linear regresion. The sample of the research were 30 respondents who are all workers of the researched company. The independent variable used covered compensation, career development, and the relation of industrial pancasila and dependent variable used by the workers' locality. The test showed that the compensation variable, career development and the relation with the industrial pancasila tested simultaneously affected significantly on the locality of the workers at PT. Corsicana Sugihindah Sehati Pekanbaru. Partially, only compensation affected significantly. Career development and the relation of industrial pancasila did Not affect significantly. Compensation variable, career development and relation of industrial pancasila influenced 31.8% on the workers loyality while the rest 68.2% was affected by other variables which were not used in this research. Therefore, the company should inform and explain the policy of giving salary and incentives and there is the report for working performance so workers can reflect their work. Besides, it should also provide with supporting working facilities and working contract for workers who get chances to their higher education and establish better interaction and communication. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan hubungan industrial pancasila terhadap loyalitas karyawan di PT. Wirakencana Sugihindah Sehati Pekanbaru. Test ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan model regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang responden yang merupakan seluruh karyawan PT. Wirakencana Sugihindah Sehati Pekanbaru. Variabel independen yang digunakan meliputi kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan hubungan industrial pancasila. Hasil test menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan, tetapi pada variabel pengembangan karir dan hubungan industrial pancasila tidak berpengaruh parsial dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.Sehingga, hendaknya perusahaan memberitahukan dan menjelaskan kebijakan pemberian gaji dan isentif, adanya rapor penilaian kerja sehingga karyawan dapat mengintropeksi kinerjanya. Selain itu, menyediakan fasilitas kerja yang dapat menunjang kinerja karyawan serta adanya sistem kontrak kerja bagi karyawan yang mendapatkan kesempatan melanjutkan pendidikan dan membangun interaksi dan komunikasi yang lebih baik.
