- Research was conducted on SMP Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of supervision of the school principal and motivation on the performance of educators. Total population is defined by 32 respondents. As independent variables, namely the supervision of the school principal and motivation, while the dependent variable is the energy performance of teachers. The results using of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variables supervision of school principals and partially not in significant while working motivation partially influence and significant but if the supervision of the school principal and simultane ously work motivation will get results and significant influence. The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 79.5% of the variation is explained by the performance of educators independent variables examined in this study and 20.5% explained by other variables not examined in the model. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMP Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik. Jumlah populasi yang ditetapkan sebanyak 32 responden. Sebagai variabel independen, yaitu supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja tenaga pendidik. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dapat diketahui bahwa variabel supervisi kepala sekolah secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan sedangkan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan akan tetapi apabila supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja secara simultan akan mendapatkan hasil berpengaruh dan signifikan. Hasil analisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa 79,5 % variasi dari kinerja tenaga pendidik dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini dan 20,5 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model.
