- This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, intellectual and spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees at the Parliament Secretariat Riau Province. This analysis is based on 70 respondentswithmethodprobability sampling in the form of simple random sampling and collected through a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has no effect and no significant effect on employee performance, intelligence and significant effect on the performance of employees, spiritual intelligence and significant influence on employee performance Riau Provincial Parliament Secretariat. In the test the coefficient of determination (R2)indicates that the value of Adjusted R square on the variables of emotional intelligence, intellectual and spiritual intelligence on employee performance is influenced by other variables. This study suggests for the organization in order to maintain and improve emotional intelligence, intellectual and spiritual intelligence so that employee performance can be maintained. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Riau.Analisis ini didasarkan pada 70 responden dengan metode probability sampling dalam bentuk simple random sampling dan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Riau. Pada uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R square pada variabel kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya. Penelitian ini menyarankan bagi organisasi agar bisa mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan spiritual sehingga kinerja pegawai dapat dipertahankan.
