- The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Tuberculosis prevention policies at the Glugur Darat Health Center. The design of this study uses quantitative and qualitative approaches, where qualitative approaches. The results showed that the implementation of the Tuberculosis prevention policy at the Glugur Darat Health Center has not been running as fully as possible. The cure rate of Tuberculosis sufferers at Glugur Darat Health Center is 46.15% and is less than the national target of> 85% and the success rate of treatment is 65.38% also less than the national target of 85%. Conclusion, the head of the puskesmas, tuberculosis officers, and cadres have used the national tuberculosis guidelines and DOTS strategy well, but the implementation has not gone well because there are still people who lack participation in health promotion activities.
