- Family Hope Program (FHP) is one part of a series of government policies aimed at reducing poverty in Indonesia . The main aspects of the target of the program is to combat poverty through improving human quality of the education and health . This study uses descriptive qualitative approach .The data collection techniques by observation ( observation ) , interviews , documentation . Informants determination technique is done by using purposive sampling . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect FHP in improving the welfare of society as well as the implementation of the Family Hope Program in the Village Ie Unfortunately Woyla Western District of West Aceh district . Based on the survey results revealed that , the influence of the Family Hope Program in improving the welfare of the people in the Village Ie Sayang Woyla Western District of West Aceh district that had no effect no effect in improving the welfare of society , because of the assistance provided little and payment is made in stages as many as four times in year so did not meet the needs of others .The process of implementation of the Family Hope Program in the Village Ie Sayang Woyla Western District of West Aceh district that originally specified social ministry center , the name of the prospective beneficiaries have been determined from the data center through the BPS , then the candidate by FHP escort officer for the district in datadan be briefed about FHP and their duties and obligations to be performed during receiving assistance FHP , and then the recipient notified each payment or making aid in the designated place , namely at the post office or BRI
