- Study of Alternative Implementation Technique and Ecofriendly-based Material on Construction Cost and Time. The purpose of this research is to compare cost and time of the conventional contruction with the alternatives, to know the practitioner response on ecofriendly-based material and the alternative implementation technique on housing, and to know the willingness to appy material and implementation technique of construction alternatives based on cost, time, and ecofriendly assessment. Methods used in this research comprised of two sections: estimation method and statistical method. The results of this research were: most of the alternatives structure that had been submitted had fullfilled the ecofriendly criteria, which were low cost criteria, time effiency criteria, the alternative construction had been approved as an ecofriendly product and the wilingness to apply alternative construction in housing particularly for one-story houses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan antara biaya dan waktu dari konstruksi konvensional dengan alternatif, mengetahui sikap praktisi terhadap material ramah lingkungan dan teknik pelaksanaan alternatif pada perumahan, serta mengetahui adanya kesediaan penerapan dari material dan teknik pelaksanaan konstruksi alternatif berdasarkan biaya, waktu, dan penilaian ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan terdiri atas dua bagian yaitu metode estimasi dan metode statistik. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah mayoritas struktur alternatif yang diajukan memenuhi: kriteria rendah biaya, kriteria efisiensi waktu, konstruksi alternatif diakui sebagai produk ramah lingkungan dan adanya kesediaan untuk menerapkan konstruksi alternatif dalam perumahan khususnya tipe rumah 1 lantai.
