- The Balanced Scorecard should translate the business unit's mission and strategy into various objectives and sizes, and the balanced scorecard is able to provide benefits to the company that applies the Balanced Scorecard because using the Balanced Scorecard can not only measure the financial aspects, but can measure and see from non-financial aspects.In this study I used quantitative methods and qualitative methods with descriptive types.Performance appraisal using the balanced scorecard method is able to find out how much the company income or income is because in a financial perspective we can see from Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) which both can see how good or bad the company's development long term or for the future.
