- Based on interviews and observations by the author, Vocational High School 2 Rangkasbitung in processing teacher salaries data (Lecturer) still using conventional bookkeeping, it’s recorded on the books so frequent errors in calculating the number of teacher’s salaries based on a variety of different details and the result of data was less effective and efficient, it can hamper the performance process of treasurer at the institution. Therefore, the Vocational High School 2 Rangkasbitung requires information systems to be able in managing teacher’s salaries data (Lecturer).The main objective of this research is the manufacture of payroll accounting information system which can be used for the calculation of teacher’s salaries (Lecturer) at the Vocational High School 2 Rangkasbitung. The .methode was used by the author in this research is observation and interview. Next, the author did analysis system and designing payroll accounting information system followed by Manufacture Information System Payroll Accounting Lecturer (Teacher) In Vocational High School 2 Rangkasbitung.The results of this research is produce Information Systems Payroll Accounting Lecturer (Teacher) In Vocational High School 2 Rangkasbitung which can provide easiness in managing teacher’s salaries by having a storage media more effective and to give easiness to the treasurer when making reports teacher payroll and managing teacher’s salaries.
