Subjek penelitian ini ialah 243 orang dengan teknik sampling purposif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kebersyukuran diukur menggunakan GQ-6 (The Gratitude Questionnaire-Six Item Form) oleh McCullough, Emmons, & Tsang (2002), sedangkan perilaku altruisme diukur menggunakan SRA-Scale (self-report altruism scale) oleh Rushton, Chrisjohn, & Fekken (1981). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kebersyukuran terhadap perilaku altruisme pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang mengikuti kegiatan voluntarian.


This research aims to determine the influence of gratitude towards altruism behavior on State University of Jakarta student who participated in voluntary activity. The sample of this research is 243 participants using purposive sampling technique. The type of this research is quantitative research. Gratitude is measured with GQ-6 (The Gratitude Questionnaire-Six Item Form) by McCullough, Emmons, & Tsang (2002), and altruism behavior is measured with SRA-Scale (self-report altruism scale) by Rushton, Chrisjohn, & Fekken (1981).
