PERAN ATRIBUT SERTA CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TERHADAP BEHAVIORAL INTENTION: STUDI PADA BURGERBAR DI JAKARTA

- Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh service quality, food quality, price, serta customer satisfaction terhadap behavioral intention. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden dengan kriteria berumur 17 tahun keatas, mengetahui dan pernah datang serta dine in minimal dua kali di Lawless Burgerbar Menteng. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dan AMOS versi 24 untuk mengelola dan menganalisis data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara service quality, food quality, dan price terhadap customer satisfaction serta terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara service quality dan price terhadap behavioral intention. Namun tidak ditemukan pengaruh secara signifikan pada customer satisfaction dan food quality terhadap behavioral intention. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality, food quality, price, and customer satisfaction on behavioral intention. Data collection method in this study is a survey method with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Samples used in this study were 200 respondents with criteria aged 17 years and over, known, had come and dine in at least twice at Lawless Burgerbar Menteng. Data analysis techniques used SPSS version 25 and AMOS version 24 to manage and analyze research data. The results showed that there was a significant influence between service quality, food quality, and price on customer satisfaction and there was a significant influence between service quality and price on behavioral intention. But no significant effect of customer satisfaction and food quality was found on behavioral intention.
