Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simak catat.
Penggunaan metode analisis ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis dialog dalam komik.
dalam hal ini penelitian ini menganalisis dialog secara tertulis untuk mencari 5 bentuk
tindak tutur asertif menurut Searle, yaitu : Menyatakan, menyarankan,
menyombongkan, mengeluh, dan menuntut/mengklaim. Kemudian, teknik analisis
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu teknik analisis data model Miles dan
Huberman. Hasil penelitian menemukan 37 kalimat yang menunjukan 5 bentuk
tindak tutur asertif, bentuk yang paling sering muncul adalah menyatakan dengan
duapuluh satu (21) kalimat, diikuti oleh mengeluh dengan enam (6) kalimat,
menuntut dengan enam (6) kalimat, lalu tiga (3) kalimat menyombongkan. Bentuk
selanjutnya adalah menyarankan yang memiliki satu (1) kalimat.
Kata Kunci : Asertif, Komik Cédric, Tindak tutur.

This study aims to describe the form of the assertive speech acts of the main character
in the comic Cédric tome 13 “Papa Je veux un cheval !” by Laudec and Cauvin. This
study is a qualitative research with content analysis methods and uses comic as
research data source. The technique used to collect these data is the method of
referring. Then, the used of this analytical methods is done by analyzing comic
dialogue. In this case, this research analyzes written dialogue to look for 5 forms of
assertive speech acts according to Searle, namely : declare, suggest, boast, complain,
and claim. Then, the analytical techniques used in this study, the data analysis
techniques according to model Miles and Huberman. The result of the study found
that in Comic Cédric tome 13 “Papa Je veux un cheval !” there are 37 sentences that
showed 5 assertive speech acts, the most frequent was declare with twenty one (21)
sentences, then followed by complaining with six (6) sentences, demand with six (6)
sentences, and the three (3) sentences were boasting. The next from is to suggest
having one (1) sentences.
