Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Unit Pelayanan Pajak Daerah cabang Kebayoran Lama mengalami kendala yaitu dari segi sarana prasarana yang tidak memadai dan mengakibakan aktivitas karyawan terhambat. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu ada nya kajian ulang tentang sarana prasarana yang di terapkan disebuah perusahaan
Kata kunci: Sarana Prasarana.

This Scientific Work aims to find out how good facilities and infrastructure
to support an office work so that the work can be carried out effectively, because
the Regional Service Unit Tax and Retribution Kebaoran Lama branch does not
have good facilities and infrastructure and greatly inhibits the work of each
employee.
From the results of this research, it can be seen that the Regional Tax
Service Unit of the Kebayoran Lama branch is experiencing constraints, namely
in terms of inadequate facilities and infrastructure, resulting in hampered
employee performance. To overcome this problem there needs to be a review of
facilities and infrastructure that is applied in a company.
