Populasi penelitian ini adalah 304 guru. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 173 guru&#xD; menggunakan teknik acak sederhana. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan analisis&#xD; menggunakan teknik analisis jalur.&#xD; Hasil dari penelitian: (1), ada pengaruh langsung efikasi diri terhadap ocb; (2), ada&#xD; ada pengaruh langsung iklim organisasi terhadap ocb; (3) ada pengaruh langsung efikasi&#xD; diri dan iklim organisasi.&#xD; The purpose of this research is to examine the information about the influence of self&#xD; efficacy and organizational climate on the organization citizenship behavior (OCB) of&#xD; elemetary school teachers in Pademangan sub-district, Jakarta Utara.&#xD; The reserch was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path&#xD; analysis technique. The population of this reseach is 304 teachers. Research samples&#xD; selected as much as 173 teachers using simple random sampling technique.
