Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode survei dengan menggunakan path analysis dalam melakukan analisis data. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 204 pegawai di PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama tbkyang dilakukan secara acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1)terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasional; (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positifketahanmalangan terhadap komitmen organisasional;(3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepercayaan terhadap komitmen organisasional; (4)terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan terhadap kepercayaan; (5)terdapat pengaruh langsung positif ketahanmalangan terhadap kepercayaan;(6)terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan terhadap ketahanmalangan; (7)terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui ketahanmalangan; (8) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui kepercayaan; dan (9) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif ketahanmalangan terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui kepercayaan. Untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasional perlu meningkatkan kepemimpinan, ketahanmalangan dan kepercayaan.Nilai kebaruan dari beberapa penelitian yang terdahulu dengan penelitian yang dilakukan saat ini adalah penelitian saat ini lebih melihat beberapa variasi variabel seperti pengaruh kepemimpinan, ketahanmalangan,kepercayaan terhadap komitmen organisasional sehingga tidak hanya melihat satu variabel saja. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan dari segi metode yang digunakan, indikator setiap variabel, lokus penelitian,dan sifat obyek penelitian.

Kata kunci: komitmen organisasional, kepemimpinan,ketahanmalangan,kepercayaan.


The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence of corporate leadership, adversity quotien and trust on organizational commitment. This research used a quantitative approach,survey method with used path analysis in conducting research analysis. The sample of this research is the whole 204 staff in PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk is done randomly. The results of the research showed that; (1) there is a direct positive influence leadership on organizational commitment; (2) there is a direct positive influence adversity quotient on organizational commitment;(3) there is a direct positiveinfluence trust on organisational commitment;(4)there is a direct positive influence leadership towards the trust; (5) there is a direct positive infuence adversity quotient towards the trust; (6)there is a direct positive influence to adversity quotient against leadership; (7) there is a indirect positive influence leadership on organizational commitment through adversity quotient;(8) there is a indirect positive influence leadership on organizational commitmentthrough trust;(9) there is a indirect positive influence advercity quotient on organizational commitment through trust. To improve organizational commitment the need to enhance corporate leadership, adversity quotient and trust. The novelty value of some previous research with research done today is that research today is more looking at some variable variations such as leadership influences, adversity quotient,trust in commitment to organizational so that they see not only one variable. In addition, there are differences in terms of methods used, indicators of each variable, research locus, and the nature of the research object.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kepemimpinan, ketahanmalangan dan kepercayaan terhadap komitmen organisasional.
