  • ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik kelas IV SDN Utan Kayu Selatan 20 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN Utan Kayu Selatan 20 Pagi yang berjumlah 32 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian Kemmis dan McTaggart. Prosedur penelitian merupakan sebuah siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pada siklus I hasil kuesioner peserta didik memperoleh persentase 46,87% dan hasil instrumen pengamatan guru sebesar 37,50% sedangkan hasil pemantau tindakan guru mencapai 62% dan pemantau tindakan peserta didik mencapai 59%. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan hasil kuesioner peserta didik mencapai 84,37% dan hasil instrumen pengamatan guru mencapai 87,50% kemudian pemantau tindakan guru mencapai 87% dan pemantau tindakan peserta didik mencapai 91%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) dengan strategi Everyone is a Teacher Here dapat meningkatkan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik kelas IV SDN Utan Kayu Selatan 20 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Oleh karena itu, peneliti perlu mengetahui kebutuhan dan karakteristik peserta didik agar dapat merancang pembelajaran yang menyenangkan menggunakan strategi Everyone is a Teacher Here. ABSTRACT This research is aimed to raise the attitude regarding self-responsibility of elementary students. The subjects of this research were the 4th grader students of Utan Kayu Selatan 20 Elementary School, East Jakarta with total number of 32 students. This research used Kemmis and McTaggart’s research model. Research procedure was a cycle which consist from planning, implementation, observation and reflexion. In first cycle, the result of students’ questionnaire gained percentage 46,87% and the result of teacher’s observation instrument gained 37,50% while the result of teacher’s behavior observation gained 62% and students’ behavior observation gained 59%. In second cycle, the result of students’ questionnaire has enhanced 84,37% and the result of teacher’s observation instrument gained 87,50%, while teacher’s behavior observation gained 87% and students’ behavior observation gained 91%. The result shows that Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy on civic education learning can enhanced the self-responsibility of the 4th grade students in Utan Kayu Selatan 20 Elementary School, East Jakarta. Therefore researcher required to know students’ characteristics and needs in order to plan fun learning with Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy.
