This study employed a modified Design and Development Research (DDR) model from Borg &amp; Gall (2003) and Ellis &amp; Levy (2011) that consist of four procedures namely need analysis, preliminary prototype design, evaluation and design revision. There were three existing models of teaching collected from classroom observation of two lesson planning course and teaching practicum course and eight documents of practical key teaching competences courses collected from seven universities in Indonesia was analyzed by using ICT Competences frameworks of UNESCO and other ICT competences theories. The results of analysis revealed that the existing models of teaching of the course mostly and implicitly integrated ICT competences into teaching method and technique. The most applied level of ICT competences in the existing models of teaching was Technology Literacy. The proposed models of teaching designed ICT competences into approaches, method and technique by providing six integration procedures. The newly designed models of teaching accommodated the necessary ICT Competences in all levels namely Technology Literacy, Knowledge Deepening and Knowledge Creation as well as applied the three approaches of Cognitive, Humanistic and Behavioral approach modified with Scaffolding, Project-based Learning and Computer Assisted Instruction method for lesson planning, teaching practicum and classroom management courses models of teaching design.</description><date>2020-02-24</date><type>Thesis:Thesis</type><type>PeerReview:NonPeerReviewed</type><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/1/01.%20Cover.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/2/02.%20Approval%20Sheet.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/3/03.%20Declaration.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/4/04.%20Preface.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/5/05.%20Acknowledgment.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/6/06.%20Abstract.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/7/07.%20Table%20of%20Contents.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/8/08.%20CHAPTER%20I.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/9/09.%20CHAPTER%20II.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/10/10.%20CHAPTER%20III.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/11/11.%20CHAPTER%20IV.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/12/12.%20CHAPTER%20V.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/13/13.%20REFERENCES.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/14/14.%20APPENDICES%20Complete.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/15/15.%20Curriculum%20Vitae.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.unj.ac.id/5219/16/16.%20Lembar%20pernyataan%20persetujuan%20publikasi.pdf</identifier><identifier> Fheby Indriyanti Nurpratiwi, .
