- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program pelatihan Otomotif Roda Dua (Sepeda Motor) di PPKD Jakarta Timur pada kesesuaian komponen program pelatihan menurut Mangkunegara, yaitu 1) Tujuan Pelatihan, 2) Instruktur Pelatihan, 3) Materi Pelatihan, 4) Metode Pelatihan, dan 5) Peserta Pelatihan . Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah Model Evaluasi Formatif Summatif Michael Scriven. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 peserta pelatihan dan 2 orang instruktur/penyelenggara sebagai sampel utama penelitian. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan kesesuaian komponen tujuan pelatihan “sangat baik” (100%), kesesuaian komponen instruktur pelatihan “sangat baik” (90%), kesesuaian komponen materi pelatihan “sangat baik” (76%), kesesuaian komponen metode pelatihan “sangat baik” (85,25%), dan kesesuaian peserta pelatihan “cukup baik” (30%). This research aims to evaluate the implementation of Motorcycle Training Program in PPKD Jakarta Timur based on components of suitability by Mangkunegara, start with 1) Training Objectives, 2) Training Instructors, 3) Training Materials, 4) Training Methods, and 5) Training Participants. This research uses the Michael Scriven Formative Evaluation Model. The evaluation method used is descriptive survey technique. The data in the research are gather from 15 trainees and two instructors / organizers as the main sample of the research. The data collection of this research used questionnaires and interviews. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that : the overall suitability of the training objectives component was very good (100%), the suitability of the training instructor component was very good (90%), the suitability of the training material component was very good (76%), the suitability of the training method component was very good (85.25%) , and the suitability of the trainees is quite good (30%).
