(Studi Kualitatif di Mampang Prapatan, Kelurahan Tegal Parang, Jakarta Selatan)</title><creator>DANDI BAGUS ASMARIO, .</creator><subject>Transportasi dan Komunikasi</subject><subject>Hukum (Umum)</subject><description>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat Mampang Prapatan tentang sistem ganjil genap di DKI Jakarta. Persepsi yang ditinjau melalui indikator penyerapan terhadap rangsang atau objek dari luar individu, Pengertian atau pemahaman, serta penilaian atau evaluasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan kepada informan dan key informan. Wawancara dilakukan kepada 6 (enam) masyarakat Mampang Prapatan yang memiliki kendaraan (mobil) pribadi. Serta satu orang key informan yaitu Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, yaitu data pada saat penelitian, triangulasi dengan expert opinion, kemudian disajikan secara deskriptif, dan terakhir penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, masyarakat mampang prapatan sudah mengetahui tentang aturan sistem ganjil genap namun belum sepenuhnya setuju terhadap pemberlakuan sistem ganjil genap di DKI Jakarta. Hal ini ditandai dengan masih ditemukan pelanggaran terhadap sistem ganjil genap yang telah diberlakukan. Faktor penyebab lainnya adalah masyarakat yang masih enggan beralih menggunakan transportasi umum dan juga masyarakat lebih memilih menggunakan kendaraan pribadi dengan pelat nomor yang berbeda agar dapat melintas di ruas jalan protokol di Jakarta. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah belum semua masyarakat mampang prapatan memiliki persepsi serta pemahaman yang baik terhadap pemberlakuan sistem ganjil genap yang telah berlangsung di DKI Jakarta.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the perception of the Mampang Prapatan community towards an even odd system in DKI Jakarta. Perceptions are reviewed through indicators of absorption of stimuli or objects from outside the individual, understanding or understanding, as well as assessment or evaluation.
This study uses qualitative methods, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation conducted to informants and key informants. Interviews were conducted with 6 (six) Mampang Prapatan people who had private vehicles. And one key informant is the DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, that is the data at the time of the study, triangulation with expert opinion, then presented descriptively, and finally drawing conclusions.
The results showed that the people of Mampang Prapatan already knew about the rules of the odd even system but had not fully agreed to the application of the even odd system in DKI Jakarta. This is indicated by the still found violations of the odd even system that has been imposed. Other contributing factors are people who are still reluctant to switch to using public transportation and also people prefer to use private vehicles with different number plates so that they can cross the protocol roads in Jakarta. The conclusion that can be obtained from this research is that not all people who are easily prapatan have a good perception and understanding of the implementation of the odd even system that has taken place in DKI Jakarta.
