- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran regulasi emosi dari wanita yang pernah mengalami kehamilan pranikah, hambatan apa yang dialami dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan jumlah subjek dibatasi sebanyak 2 orang, dengan kriteria wanita usia 18-22 yang pernah mengalami kehamilan pranikah, usia anak maksimal 2 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hambatan yang dialami subjek I (MS) dalam meregulasi emosinya yaitu karena renggangnya hubungan dengan orangtua, masalah ekonomi dan pengalaman baby blues nya. Sedangkan, hambatan yang di alami subjek 2 (DT) yaitu perannya sebagai ibu tunggal dan seorang siswa sehingga harus menyembunyikan kondisinya. Kedua subjek dapat mengatasi hambatan dalam meregulasi emosinya karena adanya kehadiran dan penerimaan orang terdekat mereka. ***************** The purpose of this research is to know about the emotion regulation of woman who experienced premarital pregnancy, who that becomes difficult of her and how to overcome it. This research used a qualitative appoarch case study. The number of the subject as much 2 people as the limit, with criteria woman of 18-22 years old who experienced premarital pregnancy, her child has a maximum 2 years old. The result of this study indicates that the difficulty encountered by subject I (MS) in regulating their emotions are due to the loose relationship with parents, economic problems and baby blues experiences. Meanwhile, the difficultiy that was experienced by subjek II (DT) was due to her role as a single mother and her status as student so she had to hide the status of her child. Both subjects can overcome obstacles in regulating their emotions because of the presence and acceptance of their closest people.
