  • Albdour & Altarawneh (2014) menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dari employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi. Oleh karena itu, untuk melihat pengaruh antara employee engagement terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan di PT Studio Cilaki Empat Lima dilakukan analisis regresi linear sederhana terhadap 67 responden yang bekerja di PT Studio Cilaki Empat Lima. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode non probability sampling, teknik penarikannya adalah dengan teknik sampling jenuh.Pengukuran employee engagement menggunakan Utrecth Work Engagement Scale (UWES) dan pengukuran komitmen organisasi menggunakan komitmen organisasi quesionare (OCQ). Hassil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara employee engagement terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Studio Cilaki Empat Lima sebesar 20,1%. Albdour & Altarawneh (2014) found that there was a significant relationship of employee engagement and organizational commtment. Therefore, to see the effect of employee engagement on organizational commtment on employees at PT Studio Cilaki Empat Lima, a simple linear regression analysis was conducted on 67 respondents working at PT Studio Cilaki Empat Lima. Retrieval of data using nonprobability sampling method, the withdrawal technique is the saturation sampling technique. Measurement of employee engagement using Utrecth Work Engagement Scale (UWES) and measurement of organizational commtment using komitmen organisasi quesion (OCQ). Result from the study showed that there was a significant influence between employee engagement on organizational commtment on employees of PT Studio Cilaki Empat Lima by 20.1%.
