Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Untuk mengukur curiosity, peneliti menggunakan alat ukur The Five-Dimensional Curiosity Scale Revised (5-DCR) yang dikembangkan oleh Kashdan dkk. (2020). Untuk mengukur Personal Growth Initiative peneliti menggunakan alat ukur yang telah dikembangkan oleh Robitschek (2012), yakni Personal Growth Initiative Scale-II (PGIS-II). Dalam penelitian ini, didapatkan sampel berjumlah 158 responden. Untuk melakukan analisis data, peneliti menggunakan uji analisis regresi dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan data serta hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian, diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh curiosity terhadap Personal Growth Initiative pada masa emerging adulthood.

This research aims to determine the effect of curiosity on Personal Growth Initiative in emerging adulthood. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. To measure the curiosity, a researcher used The Five-Dimensional Curiosity Scale Revised (5-DCR). 5-DCR was developed by Kashdan et al. (2020). Meanwhile, to measure the Personal Growth Initiative, a researcher used a measuring tool that had been developed by Robitschek (2012), namely Personal Growth Initiative Scale-II (PGIS-II). In this research, a researcher obtained a sample of 158 respondents. To conduct data analysis, a researcher used a regression analysis test using SPSS version 25 application for assistance.
