The language is a local language contained in Saparua, Maluku Province, which has same position and function with the other local language in Indonesia. Therefore, it must be given priority and attention as other local languages. The language using by people who lived in Sirisori Islam and around it. As for the number of native speakers about 1,600 people. To conserve and avoid the extinction of Sirisori Islam language, needed a research about the phonem of the language. This researchaimed to find out the phonemes of Sirisori Islam language and distribution in the word. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The results of the analysis showed that phonemes in the Sirisori Islam language consists of six vowel phonemes and seventeen consonant phonemes.Bahasa Sirisori Islam merupakan salah satu bahasa daerah yang masih digunakan oleh masyarakat. Bahasa ini merupakan bahasa daerah yang terdapat di Pulau Saparua, Provinsi Maluku, yang memiliki kedudukan dan fungsi yang sama dengan bahasa daerah lain di Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, patut mendapat prioritas dan perhatian yang sama dengan bahasa-bahasa daerah lain. Bahasa ini digunakan oleh kelompok masyarakat yang tinggal di Sirisori Islam dan sekitarnya. Adapun jumlah penuturnya kurang lebih 1.600 orang. Untuk melestarikan dan menghindari kepunahan bahasa Sirisori Islam diperlukan penelitian tentang fonem bahasanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fonem Bahasa Sirisori dan pendistribusiannya dalam kata. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif.
